I have work on Display in Philadelphia as part of a group show put up by Revolvd.
"Focal distance" features 19 images by 3 artists, Jessica Lim, Robert Hakalski , and myself James Adam Taylor.
The work explores the question,
"How far does one have to go in order to discover something new? Focal Distance is about the photographer's antidote to urbanity, the escapist's hunt for non-human surfaces and unaltered landscapes."
For my part, images are from an ongoing project, "Explorations Along Pacific Shores." Some of these images were included in my 40° West: Explorations of a Dignified Lonely Person, solo exhibition from last May at the Ocean City Arts Center in Ocean City NJ.
You can stop in to check out this show at Greenstreet Coffee Roasters located at 1925 Fairmount ave, Philadelphia PA
